What is JustClaim-3.5?

JustClaim-3.5 is the part of JustClaim that actually reads what happened to you. You tell it your story in your own words — no legal terms needed — and it works out what your situation means in law, what you’re entitled to, and how to put it in front of a court properly.

Most people who are owed money have never made a court claim before, and the paperwork alone puts a lot of people off. JustClaim-3.5’s job is to close that gap: it asks the questions a good solicitor would ask, spots the details that actually matter to your case, and drafts the legal document — the “particulars of claim” — in proper legal language, built from what you told it.

It’s deliberately careful rather than clever for its own sake. It won’t invent facts you haven’t told it, won’t guess at dates it doesn’t know, and if your situation doesn’t hold up as a claim, it says so plainly instead of drafting one anyway.

Everything you write is used to build your case and nothing else. It isn’t sold, shared, or used to train anything beyond your own claim, and once your case is filed, your story stays private to you.
